Father: Noah Artis was trained as a child psychologist, became a raging alcoholic, remarried a Hawaiian woman, and made a career in the US Navy.
Brother: Troy Breese still lives in Washington, Pennsylvania and works for the county government in the Elections Office. He serves on the Library Committee and has been re-elected many times to the School Board. He and his wife Liz have a son, Ryan.
